The suppliers have corresponding obligations regarding the processing of personal data that you as a customer have agreed with us and are stated in the Personal Data Assistance Agreement. Your information as a customer may be linked to a third party's register to collect more information about you as a customer.

How long do we save your personal data?

Eventful AB saves personal information about you as a customer as long as there is a customer relationship or is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. At the termination of the agreement, Eventful AB will delete or anonymize your information within one year after termination, unless another Swedish or European law, court or authority says otherwise. Your information can be saved based on balancing interest if there are security or financial reasons. How long your personal data is stored by us varies depending on the purpose for which they were collected. Personal data processed for invoicing is saved as long as it is required as a basis for the accounting. Information collected when you contact us is stored as long as you are a customer with us to fulfill our commitment. Upon completion of the customer relationship, we can store the data based on balancing interest as evidence if problems arise. The storage takes place with controlled authorization control.

What rights do you have?

As a registered customer of Eventful AB you have several rights that you should know about. You have the right to request, free of charge once a year, provided you have justified reasons, a registry extract of which information is registered about you. If you think that there are no justified reasons or that the balance of interests is incorrect, you have the right to object to the treatment. You also have the right to withdraw a consent, file a complaint about the processing to the Data Inspection, oppose you automatically, decision-making, profiling and objecting to direct marketing.
